Cecil Pete Martin, 91, of Searcy, died Tuesday, March 29. He was born September 7, 1924 In Russell Arkansas, the son of Franklin and Blanche Martin. Cecil is survived by four step-children, Bill Jones, Glenda Brown, Kent Jones and Janice Pickard; and two nephews, David and Tommy Martin. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Margaret Martin; a sister, Mildred Alfrey; and a brother, Leon "Pepper" Martin.
