John Matthew Tucker, 33, of Searcy, passed from this life on February 11, 2016 in Flat Rock, North Carolina with his cousin, Leonard Lefford. John was born October 27, 1982 in Holland, Michigan to John and Norma (Kardux) Tucker. John was a loving and generous man who was who was very much loved and respected by the people who knew him.
He was a pipeliner from Local 798 and very proud of it. He enjoyed helping other workers and teaching new ones the trade.
John's love most of all, was his children and he worked hard to provide for them.
He is survived by his daughter, Chloye Tucker and his son, John Tucker; father, John Tucker; mother, Norma Hopper and husband Kenneth; sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and so many friends.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Powell Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Petit officiating. His ashes will be interred in the L.J. Steward Addition of Shady Grove Cemetery. The world is a lesser place without him. Cremation arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home, Bald Knob – Judsonia.

Our hearts are breaking for our family as we lose another member but also for Chloye and John who will be missing their daddy at every special moment of their lives! He was a great young man and touched the lives of many! Rest in peace dear nephew! :'( <3>

I went to school with John and we graduated together. John was one of the "Good guys".
He was a good friend and I sure hated to hear of his passing. Rest in love and peace buddy.
